    Fabrication Works

    Buchen IRM Abdulaal W.L.L (BIA) Fabrication Facility is on a 32,000 m2 plot located in Askar - South Alba, which is in close proximity to majority of the industrial facilities (Alba, Bapco, Banagas, GPIC, etc.) in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

    Buchen fabrication facilities are well equipped to fabricate Structural Steel Work, Plate Work, Piping and Aluminium Work for a variety of requirements on Industrial Projects such as:

    • Oil & Gas Projects.
    • Petrochemical Plants.
    • Aluminum Smelters.
    • Power Plants.
    • Cement Plants.
    • Steel Mills.
    • Multi-storey Buildings, Hotels, Schools, Shopping, Centers, etc.
    • Light, Medium and Heavy Steel structures.
    • Material Handling Equipment - Conveyors, Cranes, etc.

    Buchen Workshop is fully equipped and qualified to carryout various types of welding works, including FCAW, MMAW, SMAW, MIG, TIG & SAW with welders skilled to ASME IX 6GR. All types of Fabrication Work can be undertaken in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum Work and other exotic materials.

    Capacity of Fabrication Works :

    • Structural Steel Work:
      Capacity : 1,000 Metric Tons/Month.
    • Storage Tanks & Silos:
      Capacity : 2,000 Metric Tons/Month.
    • Piping Work :
      Capacity :15,000 to 18,000 Inch Dia. per Month.
