    BIA has a Fabrication Facility on a 35,000 m2 plot located in Askar - South Alba, which is in close proximity to majority of the industrial facilities (Alba, Bapco, Banagas, GPIC, etc.) in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

    Structural Steel Work/Mechanical Work

    BIA fabrication facilities are equipped to fabricate Steel work, Piping and Aluminium Work for a variety of requirements on Industrial Projects such as:

    • Oil & Gas Projects.
    • Petrochemical Plants.
    • Aluminum Smelters.
    • Power Plants.
    • Cement Plants.
    • Multi-storey Buildings, Hotels, Schools, Shopping, Centers, etc.
    • Light, Medium and Heavy Steel structures.
    • Material Handling Equipment - Conveyors, Cranes, etc.
    Storage Tanks & Silos

    BIA has the capability to design, supply, fabricate, paint and erect Above Ground Storage Tanks, Silos and Elevated Tanks as per latest API 650, BS EN 14015 & AWWA D100 standards for major industries in Bahrain, including the local Oil Refinery (BAPCO), Electricity & Water Authority (EWA), Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA), Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC), Bahrain National Gas Company (Banagas), etc.

    Piping Fabrication

    BIA is an approved Contractor for Modification/Repair/Refurbishment and Erection/Installation of all types of Piping Work for BAPCO, Tatweer, Banagas, GPIC, and Electricity & Water Authority - EWA in Bahrain. BIA is fully equipped to carryout various types of welding works, including FCAW, MMAW, SMAW, MIG, TIG & SAW with welders skilled to ASME IX 6GR. All types of Fabrication Work can be undertaken in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and other exotic materials for small bore to large diameter piping.
